Jayme’s passion for hair began in middle school, pulling highlights through caps for her two sisters and mom—experimenting with the classic reds, blacks, and blondes that defined the trends of the time. That early love for making people feel and look their best has evolved into a dedicated career built on technical excellence and genuine care for each client.

After completing her 18-month program at Ohio State School of Cosmetology, where she served as an ambassador helping guide fellow students, Jayme joined Columbus’s premier salon group—the top-rated salon in the area with six locations. There, she completed an intensive advanced training program under a master stylist who had trained in Germany. Her mentor was so impressed with Jayme’s skill and dedication that she kept her for the entire program—an honor typically reserved for exceptional talent.

Jayme’s expertise lies in creating dimensional, multi-tonal color that brings hair to life. Trained in both Schwarzkopf and Davines color systems, she has a keen eye for blending light and dark tones to create depth and movement. Her dimensional highlighting technique focuses on creating brightness around the hairline while strategically placing color throughout for a natural, sun-kissed result. She’s also skilled in shorter styles, including textured pixie cuts and longer bobs, always considering face shape to create the most flattering look.
